Beginner’s Course

If you haven’t had any CrossFit experience then this course is compulsory at CrossFit Raw Strength. This program runs every month for 3 weeks.

It offers 3 sessions a week and covers all you need to know about CrossFit movements and exercise patterns. In each session what you have learned is tested in a fun and intense workout.

This beginner’s program needs to be completed before you can enter the main classes.
If you can’t make the allocated times or would prefer to do 5 personal training sessions, this can be done alone or in a small group if you have a couple of friends who wish to do it with you.
